Quiche sem base


  • 7 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Half a cup of milk
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Grated cheese

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and oat flour. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add all the vegetables – zucchini, carrot, red bell pepper, and tomato – to the mixture and stir. Add chopped parsley.
  • Pour the mixture into two Lisbon baking dishes lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in the oven at 185ºC for 35 to 45 minutes.
